• Sialkot: Free delivery.

• Other cities in Pakistan: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or confirmed before order dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

• Sialkot: Same-day or next-day delivery, depending on order timing and location.

• Other cities in Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or remote-area service availability.

4. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address when placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking details through WhatsApp or another available contact method.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the parcel and product.
